I found the night manager, Mauricio, to be professional and friendly. The room was equipped with a Daikin air conditioner that effectively handled the record heat in Morelia, allowing me to sleep well despite my insomnia. The quiet environment and dark window coverings added to the comfort.

Windows are paper-thin, allowing noise to disrupt sleep!!! Missing shower door and faulty window lock raise safety concerns!!! The night club nearby interferes with relaxation well into the early hours!!!

The location is fantastic, just what we needed. A hot breakfast each morning. The only hiccup was some noise from a gathering on our second night, but overall a good experience.

Spent Christmas at a hotel downtown and the location was perfect! the hotel had a great value and we felt welcome upon check-in. the room was cozy with a complimentary breakfast included. We were able to explore the city on foot, everything was within walking distance. the hotel also had a nice bar that offered nightly entertainment, a great bonus.

Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. While the food presentation could have been better, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of offerings. the location was definitely the highlight, allowing us to explore the city and its attractions with ease. Unfortunately, some staff members lacked the necessary training to truly make guests feel welcome.
